Fashion Night In-Pop Up Review

Last week (yes I am kind of late) I went to a Fashion Week event put on by 4Season Style Management and hosted by VH1’s Ariane Davis (Love & Hip-Hop – ATL).  The “Fashion Night In-Pop Up Review” was a fashion party/runway show that was held at the Gansevoort Hotel in The Meatpacking district and sponsored by Remy Martin V. DJ Stiletto and Amanda Seales spun the night away at the rooftop event that overlooked the Hudson River and Chelsea Pier.

The party brought out many celebrities including NY Knick’s JR Smith, actor/singer Tristan “Mack” Wilds,  singer Luke James, and VH1’s Olivia (Love and Hip-Hop – NY).  The party featured models who popped in and out wearing different pieces from designer’s Sammy B. (Project Runway), Coco&Breezy, Mercura, LaureLuxe, Frank NY, Alicia P and Taleno.  The designers ranged from accessory designer (Coco&Breezy, Alicia P, LaureLuxe, and Mercura) to apparel designers (Sammy B.); they paired all the designs together to present an all-around viewing.

4Season Style Management was created by Olympian & WBNA Superstar Cappie Pondexter (NY Liberty) and expert stylist Lisa Smith Craig.  The company is a full service image consulting firm and has been up and running for the past 3 years.  A lot of Pondexter fellow Liberty’s were in the building to support their teammate.  The crowd was very diverse (career-wise) and everyone was mingling with each other.  It wasn’t a stush crowd at all, which made the party that much better.  I really enjoyed the party; but that could have just been because of view lol.
